No refund, no partial use refund, no expiration on renewing packages.
If no appointment from a package has been made or kept in 2 months from purchase then all appointments of the package, including used are regular posted price of $75.00 and the package must then be finished up in 3 months, from last appointment.
Packages must be renewed at the final visit to keep the price locked in.
Packages are promotional only and subject to change.
On making any appointment either online, called in, in office. or through a voucher you have given your authorization to the above.
